The Ultimate in Drilling Performance for Hardened Steels and Nickel Alloys

The EXOPRO® WHO-Ni drill series is OSG's premium performance drilling line for processing Ni-Alloys and Heat Resistant Super Alloys like Inconel 718. This latest innovation from OSG features our own proprietary WXS nano-coating, which has been developed by OSG specifically for high heat applications. Lower helix angles increase point rigidity while internal coolant holes further aid in heat resistance and stable chip evacuation in holes up to 5X diameter.

Mũi khoan EXOPRO® Mega Muscle là dòng mũi khoan với 3 me cắt đầu tiên trên thế giới dùng cho khoan thép. Hình dạng đặc biệt của mũi khoan được cấp bằng sáng chế, giúp cho việc thoát phoi được ổn định, mặc dù không gian thoát phoi bị hạn chế do có 3 me cắt. Kết quả tăng gấp 3 lần bước tiến dao và tăng 3 lần tuổi thọ dao.

  • Gia công vật liệu nhôm đúc, gang, Thép carbon, Thép hợp kim, Thép làm khuôn, Thép không gỉ, Thép không gỉ độ cứng <45HRC
  • Bước tiến cao với tốc độ cắt thấp đến trung bình.
  • Hoặc bất kỳ công đoạn đang sử dụng mũi khoan 2 me cắt với nước làm mát trong.
